About the South Puget Sound Chapter of IAHSP

To establish the International Association of Staging Professionals (IAHSP) South Puget Sound Chapter as the “Premier” Staging source for the South Puget Sound Region.

To at all times demonstrate a dedication to the collaboration of Accredited Staging Professionals and Real Estate Agents, Homeowners, Sellers, Investors and the Communities of their localities; in addition, promote and ensure the service of Home Staging as a resource and enhancement to the Home Sales market.

YWCA Foundation Day Project

Thank you to all that participated and contributed. Please see the attached pictures. It was definitely a great time for getting to know each other and networking. James Mc Millan, Owner of PSQC saved the day and jammed through the painting of the room. Melanie Warren ASPM, Gina Opacki ASPM, Kelly Daniels ASP, James McMillan(Sponsor) and my ASP Self were in attendance. Thanks for all your hard work you guys & gals rock! The Y provided a wonderful pizza luncheon.

The pictures are never as beautiful as our rooms. Both the dresser and nightstand got painted with a beautiful bronze Ralph Lauren metallic paint. The top of the nightstand got covered with a silver contact paper. Inside the closet is a basket with towels rolled up and covered with raffia and ivy. I am quite sure that when the occupant (an 11 yr. old girl) returned to her room she was blown away. For the rest of her life she will remember this special day and how special and honored she felt when she returned to her room. Some of the other occupants mentioned how sweet a girl she is and how helpful she is with the other children. They weren`t jealous they were truly happy for her.

This is the first year that IAHSP has given a donation for the Foundation Day project. We received $300 from the organization which was phenomenal. We did our very best to use that money wisely. We will be maintaining our room through out the year. If you come across twin matching comforters, etc. in the future please keep our room in mind as the current occupants get to take them along when they leave. I will be happy to store all items in my workshop for the Chapter.
